Working is like school

Why do we have to school?

Because in the real world, it becomes clear that the office where you spend your days is just like the educational institution where you spent your teenage years.

So, you will be faced lecture, subject, small and big exam.

Sometimes, you don't like the lecture, the subject, or the situation but when you are there, you have to face it. Or you move to other faculty which different subject, or other university so find different lecture and situation but it would be the same that you will face small and big exam. Anywhere!

Lecturer cannot feed you like a baby because you are a mature person. Be smart, be busy to improve yourself, your skill and/or knowledge, get to know how about your subject, prepare your exam even small especially big exam.

In University, people call you Mahasiswa. Maha is teramat besar. How can you expect as very big person spoon-fed? It means you have to be more responsible to get better in your subject.

Realize our ability, cover your lack or weakness with your strength. Don't be afraid if you are not smart compare to others. Smart is not a guarantee, I found so many smart person that lack of attention to detail, remaining stuck in the past then because they were being lazy. Mapping yourself, what your strength, weakness, opportunity and thread.

Just like Mahasiswa, you can enjoy, spend your time for exist in your social media, play game, etc. As you sow, so shall you reap. We called it as a hukum tabur tuai.

You will see what you  do after 5 or 10 years from now. You will meet your friends and compare with you. Is it you who will be getting more success or are they? You cannot see it now, because everything needs process, time and effort.

Your action lead to your habits, your habits lead to your character and your character determine your destiny!
